Falcons vs Jaguars: Week 4 NFL Preseason Betting Preview And Picks

Share:

Both the Falcons and Jaguars are driving a losing skid into the final match of this 2019 NFL preseason, but of course — something that gotta give on Thursday when this set collides at TIAA Bank Field, Jacksonville.
The Jaguars enter week 4 of the preseason as the home favorites that are slight, across NFL betting platforms at the time of 26, laying -4 points. The complete is located hovering about 32 points.
Atlanta Falcons (0-0-4) at Jacksonville Jaguars (0-0-3)
Thursday, August 29, 2019, 7:00 PM EST TIAA Bank Field, Jacksonville.
Select: Jaguars UNDER 32.5 (-115)
Recommended Sportsbook: Pinnacle
To be fair, the Bookmakers proceeded to press with the Jaguars but line has moved with a whopping 97 percent of early stakes coming down the wire for the Jaguars. Up to Jaguars placing -4 points. Some books have gone as high as Jaguars -4.5 — such as 5Dimes.
Understanding exactly what a head trainer’s strategy into the preseason might be is useful for NFL bettors at this time of the year, when its outcome can be dramatically impacted by the carousel of players being fielded in a match .
We can’t know which players can rise into the expectations how all of the matchups will pan out. We could speculate though.
However is that neither Dan Quinn nor even Doug Marrone seem to be placing a lot of stock into these games so far as confidence-building and instilling a winning attitude, one thing we could take away from this preseason is concerned.
Both, it would appear, are carrying a pragmatic and sagacious strategy, viewing preseason as an chance to rate talent.
Underscoring this belief further is that your ATS records of both trainers in the preseason. Feast your eyes on these stats: Dan Quinn will be 4-15-0 ATS (21.1% winning ratio) whereas Doug Marrone is 8-10-1 ATS (44.4percent winning ratio). While Marrone is 7-12-0, where the totals are involved, Quinn is currently 6-12-1.
So how are NFL bettors to make heads or tails of this matchup? You guessed it. It’s a tossup!
Since it’s, sparse action has been witnessed by starters both groups and they were fielded in capacity. It is improbable that we will see their products traipsing .
Four to points however does seem a lot when contemplating the majority of the battles appear sorted to lay together using the Jaguars. There’s also the way they have been outscored in each game, dropping by a mean of 19.33 points per match.
On the reverse side, the same is true for the Falcons, who’ve been losing games with an average of 8.75 points (Falcons were outscored by 89 to 54 in four games 89-54=35/4=8.75).
When the two sides have done to win any game in August, how can these NFL chances be bought into by NFL bettors? Somebody will win it, but deciding which group is going to do is an exercise in frustration.
Heck, Jaguars have put up less points than they’ve been outscored by within the span of three games (17 points united compared to a mean of 19.33 conceded per game). And the Falcons as well as Quinn haven’t won a postseason game and they don’t appear inclined to alter that streak of form .
It’s something, although it’s not the type of consistency among lauds. Preseason games to be lost by A consistency. As such, we’re evaporating both teams SU and ATS, and looking instead to the overall markets and shading the UNDER 32.5 (-115) with Pinnacle.

Vargas defeated Tomoki Kameda if they were amateurs in Mexico and I’m going with the champ to get it done again, though I am not expecting a cakewalk triumph by any stretch of the imagination. Pick: Jaguars UNDER 32.5 (-115)

Up to Jaguars putting -4 points, where it currently stands. Some books have gone as large as Jaguars -4.5 — for example 5Dimes.
Understanding exactly what a head trainer’s approach to the preseason could be is helpful for NFL bettors now of the year, once players being clubbed in a game’s veritable carousel can dramatically impact its outcome .

One thing we can remove from that preseason though is that neither Dan Quinn nor Doug Marrone seem to be placing a great deal of stock in these matches so and instilling a winning attitude is worried.
Both are currently carrying a pragmatic and sagacious strategy, viewing preseason especially.
Underscoring this notion further is both coaches in the preseason’s ATS recordings. So just how are NFL bettors to make heads or tails of this matchup? Well, you guessed it. It is a tossup!
Starters on both groups have witnessed sparse action Since it’s and last week they were fielded in limited capacity. It’s unlikely that we’ll observe their products traipsing .
Four to four-and-half points does seem a lot when contemplating the majority of the battles appear sorted, to lay using the Jaguars. There’s also the manner in which they’ve been outscored in each game, dropping by a mean of 19.33 points each match.
On the reverse side, the exact same goes for the Falcons, who’ve been losing games by an average of 8.75 points (Falcons were outscored by 89 to 54 in four matches 89-54=35/4=8.75).
