Owner MGM Resorts International stated these changes are being built to the rewards program that was popular to provide consistency throughout the MGM portfolio of casino hotels.
Effective Oct. 1, MGM is first aligning the way that it calculates Express Comps across all MGM properties. In fact, MGM will adopt how it’s done across the united states at Borgata.
All M life Rewards destinations will calculate Express Comps depending average bet, time and match type is meant by that.
This calculation process is used for table games in all MGM possessions. It’s also used for slots in Borgata, MGM National Harbor, also MGM Springfield. After Oct. 1 it will be used across the board at MGM possessions for both table and slots games.
MGM can be standardizing M life Rewards’ room rate reduction in any respect properties.
That usually means all M life Rewards members will be eligible for 10% off room rates starting Oct. 1. This standardization was began by MGM in July of the year at its Las Vegas possessions. MGM is currently rolling it out such as Borgata in Atlantic City, in all M life Rewards destinations.
Finally, MGM is currently quitting the POINTPlay cash out it offered in MGM Grand Detroit.
That means M life Gains members in MGM Grand Detroit.
Previously, MGM Grand Detroit has been the MGM property that offered this salvation option. Effective Oct. 1, M lifestyle Rewards members might need to convert POINTPlay things into Express Comps.
MGM said these changes are a part of an attempt to make sure their bull life Gains program’s achievement. Members’ individual Express Comps balances will not change consequently.
